ABOUT ME

Dr. V. Vaidehi Priyal is an optimistic, ambitious, morally bound and God loving person. She graduated B.Sc. (Apparel and Fashion Technology) during 2005-2008 from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. She completed MBA in Human Resource and Marketing during 2008-2010 from DJ Academy for Managerial Excellence, Coimbatore.

She completed Ph.D. program in Management Sciences specializing in Human Resource at PSG Institute of Management (PSGIM), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, one of the eminent B-schools in India from 2012 to 2018. Her doctoral research was on “Resoluteness of Individual’s Spiritual Growth and their Performance Orientation across different Generations”.

She has published books entitled ‘Spirituality in Business Management’, ‘The Golden Era and The Expansion of Universe’ and ‘Customer Preference towards Apparels in Westside, Bangalore’ and has contributed a chapter each in a book on ‘e-Learning’, ‘Spirituality in the Workplace’ and ‘Indian Knowledge Systems’. She is now writing a book on ‘Telepathic Communication’. She has also published more than 20 research papers in prominent National and International Journals. She completed a Grant Project titled, “Experiment on Opening your Third Eye and Developing your Seventh Sense” in 2022 partnering with Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS), USA.

She has attended Faculty Development and Transactional Analysis training programs and participated in various workshops pertaining to her research activities. She has presented papers in National and International conferences. She was also invited as Resource Person in Webinars, Seminars, Conclaves and organised many Seminars, Webinars, Conferences and Workshops during the pandemic period and later.

Dr. V. Vaidehi Priyal has worked in Rathinam College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore as Assistant Professor in CDF Department. She also worked in AJK College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore as Assistant Professor in BBA Department. She previously worked as Assistant Professor in Department of Tourism Management at Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, Coimbatore. She is an active social networker and you can reach out to her on social media. She is running a Facebook Group called ‘Spiritual Forum’ with more than 15,000+ followers from all over the world.

Dr. V. Vaidehi Priyal has received awards for her contribution in teaching and spiritual service to mankind. Covai Chronicle & The Global Ties awarded her ‘Mentor of the Year for Studentspreneurship’ on 22nd July, 2023 at Jennys Residency, Coimbatore. Thanthai Roever Institute of Agriculture and Rural Development presented ‘Best Academician Award’ in the Field of Tourism Management in International Conference on Agri-Tourism held on 24th and 25th March, 2023. She received ‘Best Paper Award’ for the paper presented in Two Day International Conference on Adaptive Strategies in Tourism and Heritage for Competitiveness and Sustainable Development held on 6th and 7th July 2022 at Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, Coimbatore. Women’s Business Network presented her Women Entrepreneur Award 2022 for the category ‘Best Spiritual Counselor of the Year’ on 5th March, 2022 at Jennys Club, Coimbatore. Lions Club, Coimbatore presented her ‘Lions Founder’s Day Awards 2021’, Certificate of Recognition for Academic Services and Contribution towards Higher Education during the Year 2021.
